I want to tell someone what a stupid fucker they are.

I followed the FAQ instructions but it looks like the option is gone now. True?

I'd say we abused the service by turning our ratings on and off at whim, telling somebody s/he was an asshole and then turning our own ratings off so s/he couldn't respond in kind.

We can't ever have anything nice.

but it's been awhile.

At least some of us just can't rate, and if I remember correctly some people who have them on can't turn them off.
