"Dear Planet Bigamy"
 
Sunday mornings fb news displayed Cousin Phil's wedding photos from the night before. The babe family was unaware that Cousin Phil was marrying, apparently we were good enough to be in the wedding party for marriage #1 but can't even score an invite to marriage #2. By supper time the first wife called to let us know that Cousin Phil has never divorced her. She has spent the last three years trying to get him to pay child support, to settle custody and to sign the papers with no success. She has a court date in July - she was hoping to be issued a summary type judgement due to his lack of cooperation.

Should I be telling other cousins who were at the ceremony to demand their gifts back? Will he go to jail for this? Wife one called the RCMP who seemed uninterested, she was going to the courthouse this week to see if anyone cared there. If he tries to introduce me to wife number 2 at the next family get together (just two weeks away!) should I just laugh? Call her stupid? Call him a bastard?

Ah facebook - neither I or wife one would have ever known of Cousin Phil's bigamist ways if it weren't for the power of photo tags.

You don't need to be a bitch, or even snarky. If/when you are introduced to wife #2, ask cousin Phil when he converted to Mormonism and that you weren't aware that polygamy was allowed in Canada.

Then walk away to get another Pilsner.

Maybe ask cousin Phil if he applied for the job as Roughriders headcounter, as he seems to know when there's one too many.

Wife one found out the name of the minister and called him directly today, lawyer at her side to let him known that his weekend wedding duty was not legitimate. Sparks are flying now! The clock is ticking on Cousin Phil - I can't wait for the family function!!

I heard Livvey was in a restaurant when an old (70+) woman came and took a bottle of ketchup from her table without asking. Livvey followed her back to her table, slapped a ketchup-laden French fry out of the woman’s mouth, punched her in the stomach and smashed the ketchup bottle over the back of her head when she doubled over. I think there’s video of it on Youtube.
